Hey guys
Just a quick update!
Shipping is now due to begin over the coming week!
Gambler's Warehouse have completed the manufacture of the carat case sleeves so that's everything done now and we are all good to go (hence the very minor delay).
I'm getting a lot of requests at the moment for address changes on BackerKit surveys which is perfectly fine - just drop me an email or DM on Kickstarter and I can make the changes for you - but if you do need an address change please contact me asap as once the fulfilment starts no further changes can be made and rewards will be shipped to the original address listed on your surveys.
I will post an update for you once Gambler's Warehouse commence the shipping has officially begun!

Primordial Playing Cards Will Begin Shipping Soon..

Hey guys!
Great news for you all!
Manufacture and shipping phases are now complete and all items for the Primordial Playing Cards campaign have arrived at Gambler's Warehouse ready for fulfilment. The gaming dice that were accidentally shipped to my home address in the United Kingdom which I had to send back to the USA arrived safely at Gambler's Warehouse this morning so everything is finally where it is supposed to be and we are now in the process of preparing for fulfilment which will begin towards the end of this month on time and on schedule.
So over the next few weeks fulfilment will begin and all the items in this project you pledged towards will be shipped out to you. I'll post a final update when the actual shipping commences.
It's been a long road getting a project like this of the ground but we got there in the end and everything is ready to go, and once again I just want to say thank you to all of you for investing and believing in this project as without all of you it would have never come to life.

BackerKit surveys being locked soon!

Hi guys
Short update for you all...
The Primordial playing cards are pretty much complete. The items in the campaign such as the prints, posters, coins and pendants have now been delivered to Gambler's Warehouse for fulfilment with the carat cases dice and pouches to follow in the coming weeks so as it stands everything is running fine schedule-wise and fulfilment will commence in the last two weeks of July as planned.
The manufacturer of the dice sadly misunderstood my instruction regarding shipping and has shipped the dice to me in the United Kingdom rather then to Gambler's Warehouse in Texas, USA. A bit of a last minute pain to have to deal with but thankfully they were completed and shipped two weeks ahead of estimated completion date so they should be the latest by early next week, so once they arrive I can send them back to Gambler's Warehouse and still have them there on time for fulfilment in the July period mentioned above. Phew!
A quick reminder...
Just a quick reminder that there are still a small number of you that have not completed your Backerkit surveys and these will have to be done by next Wednesday as on this day the BackerKit surveys will be locked.
There are also a very small number of people who have, even with updated and new payment methods applied to surveys - the payments have still registered failed transactions for various reasons such as invalid details or declined by the card providers etc. so I would advise addressing this between now and early next week as once I lock in the addresses on BackerKit next Wednesday any pledges and add-ons that BackerKit are unable to process up to this day will sadly be cancelled and we will be unable to fulfil these orders to the backers this applies to as a result.
As always, I am here if needed or you would like to ask any questions regarding the above. Feel free to drop me a DM here or contact me on my email address listed on the Kickstarter page and I will gladly assist as best I can. Project Updates - Primordial Playing Cards Manufacture

Hi guys
Time for a long overdue update on the project. I was due to post one last week but had a lot of information on the status of the project start to appear so I thought it best to hold off one week so I could do one big update here with everything covered.
The good news...
1. The Primordial playing cards Pantheon Edition cards are complete and are currently being shipped to Gambler's Warehouse.
2. The Primordial playing cards standard editions are now complete and gilding is underway by the in-house team at Gambler's Warehouse on the limited editions due for completion over the next few weeks.

3. Coins For Anything have completed manufacture of the coins, pendants and metal cards and they are currently being shipped to Gambler's Warehouse.
4. The pouches and dice are still currently under manufacture but without any delays being reported so these should be completed and shipped by the end of the month. Estimated delivery to Gambler's Warehouse is mid-July (latest).
5. Production is well-underway for the carat cases but we noted that they messed up a little with the four deck cases (only used four magnet pairs in the corners instead of eight) and the lid seemed a little too loose as a result. As they have already prepared most of the materials, they say that they may have to re-do some part to get the extra magnets in but as it stands the problem is an easy fix and will not effect delivery for fulfilment time-wise. Estimated delivery to Gambler's Warehouse is mid-July (latest).

6. Fulfilment for the whole project is estimated to happen in mid-late July as originally scheduled.
The not so good news...
1. Well, not too bad news just an update on the problem with the design of the dice highlighted in the previous update. Unfortunately I was unable to secure a new manufacturer able to create and fulfil a dice design with the original scheme of the Chaos dice so I have approved the alternate design which I previewed in the last update which is a black/white colour combo with the original red numbers and chaos logo.
2. We had one last minute hitch sadly regarding the gig-posters for the project. Jackprints informed me that during the printing process they are unable to apply the gilding even though they said initially it could be done due to the original design on the poster being effected so unfortunately the gig posters will not have gilding applied. If this causes an issue for any backers who have secured a gig poster please feel free to drop me a DM to discuss further if needed. (Note: The 8x11" Art Prints will have gilding so for any backers who have secured these there is no need to worry as this problem has only occurred with the printing of the gig posters)
A quick reminder...
At present most of you have now completed your surveys which were sent so a small percentage of you need to do so. I have sent out some reminders individually and BackerKit will have automatically issued reminders as well so hopefully you have received them and will be completing them shortly as in some cases Kickstarter has already processed payments for your pledges - so for a most it's a case of just confirming and providing your shipping addresses.
I haven't received my BackerKit survey yet?
Of course, it happens sometimes, so the obvious thing to do first is check your spam folders to see if it is in there. If it isn't you can try and enter your email in this recovery link: https://primordialcards.backerkit.com/ and afterwards the system will resend the survey to address entered and it should come through. Worse case scenario if both these options fail then I can update your email address on file with an alternate one and send your survey to that address instead, feel free to drop me a DM if you would like me to do this.

Primordial Playing Cards Tuck Box Prototypes & Previews

Hey guys!
A some short but sweet updates for you all!
As outlined in the previous update, the ball is officially rolling on the manufacture for the Primordial Playing Cards project now. All manufactures have given estimated completion dates ranging between 6-8 weeks from now so as it stands fulfilment will commence in the July period once Gambler's Warehouse have received all the items once sent.
Proofs for the cards have been approved as well with Gambler's Warehouse and all I can say really is - the cards look great and I can't wait to see the end product like all of you!
On that note, I'm also happy to show you the previews for the tuck boxes for both Aether and Chaos decks which were delivered yesterday from Gambler's Warehouse. I've uploaded a few quick-fire videos to my YouTube channel where you can view them:
The only area still causing problems are the dice as outlined in the previous update as at present I am unable to find a manufacturer with the specific colour schemes for this project so as it stands I will continue to search over the coming week. On a worse case scenario though if I am unable to find one I may use the manufacturer who sent me the graphic representations I highlighted before. Doing this would result in a change in colour on the Chaos dice from black to a black/white mix with red engraving but to delay the manufacture of the dice past next week would mean the end product regardless of who I use not reaching the warehouse in time for July for fulfilment with all the other items and delay the whole project. (as out of all the add-ons the dice actually take the longest to manufacture). I'll keep you all updated as things progress and inform you all if the design of the Chaos dice does change due to this issue.
