Hey guys

Just a quick update to let all know...

... the missing dice have finally arrived!

I'm going to be arranging shipment over the coming weekend for all backers who were missing any dice and they will all be sent out early next week to all of you. They will all be shipped to the addresses listed on your original BackerKit surveys which you provided when finalising you initial rewards aside from those who have already updated me of any changes. If anyone else wishes to change the addresses of where you would like the dice shipped to please drop me a DM on here over the next few days and I can make the arrangements for you.

Hey guys

Just a quick project update for any backers who have Primordial Aether and Chaos dice outstanding. 

I have spoken to the manufacturer just to follow up on the progress and they have informed me that there is only a maximum of two weeks until the new batch is completed and shipped to me. 

Once shipped they will take about a week to arrive and once here I will be sending them to all backers myself. 

I have the names and shipping details of all who have updated me about missing dice since fulfilment begun so if there are any changes to your addresses between now and the end of the month please let me know as soon as possible.

With the above, I estimate the dice will be received by me and shipped to you all within the first week of November. I will post another update once I have received them and following that the dice will be mailed out to you over the following couple of days.

Can I still buy Primordial Playing Cards post-campaign?

Yes, our friends over at https://playingcarddecks.com/ are now selling both the standard and gilded editions of the decks so feel free to visit them and be sure to subscribe to receive a 10% discount with your first order. All Primordial Playing Cards rewards have now been shipped.

Hey all,

Just a quick update to let you know that all rewards for the Primordial playing cards series have now been shipped. You should have receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order is shipped. By now though most of you should already have received them. 

Aside from a few issues with the dice as outlined in the previous update which I will be taking care of personally once they arrive everything has been fulfilled with few problems.

I have already started the next project which is due to commence early next year but will be posting teasers and updates on occasion here in the build up to the next campaign.

and...  a bonus for any backers of the Pantheon edition deck. As not all the limited Pantheons sold out rather then print the all I set the number at 125 instead of 200 so these are a lot more limited from a collector's perspective.

Important information regarding Primordial Playing Cards dice sets and tracked deliveries of rewards.

Hi guys

As you know fulfilment is now underway for the Primordial Playing Cards project and it looks like some backers have already received their rewards so everything looks to be running smoothly on the delivery side of things.

Important information regarding tracked deliveries.

So... with the above, just a quick update regarding the rewards currently being sent to all backers. At present rewards are still being shipped in phases so even though you have received a tracking number in your email for your reward but it still shows no transit activity - don't worry - as this just means your package is still awaiting collection from the warehouse, so once picked up it will be scanned and from that point transit information will start to appear on the online tracking service showing the journey up to the point of delivery. 

Important information regarding Primordial Playing Cards Aether & Chaos dice sets.

I've had a small number of messages regarding some rewards being received without any of the dice by backers who initially ordered one or both pairs which I've had to follow up on. 

Unfortunately, having checked with the stock numbers with the fulfilment company in order to arrange they be sent to you - they have informed me that they have now gone out of stock by a small amount. The shortage though is minimal in number based on the total number of orders so will only effect a very small percentage of the total backers on the Primordial Playing Cards project. 

The good news though, after inquiry today is that the manufacturer has informed me that they will be able to supply more dice without any problem, however the catch though with getting new stock is that due to the total number of dice being a small order by total number they take between 6-8 weeks to manufacture and be delivered to me so I can send to any backers who initially receive their rewards in the mail without dice. I did inquire about a fast-track manufacture service at slightly additional cost but sadly the company doesn't have this facility so the given time-frame above is the fastest I can get the additional dice needed. 

I expect to receive a shipment within this time-frame and once I have the additional stock I will be shipping the dice to any effected backers myself as soon as I have them. Alternatively I can offer a refund to any backers for the missing dice sets if they feel the period outlined above is too long to wait.

Given the above, should any of you receive your rewards with any dice missing please drop me a DM on here and advise on how you would like me to address the issue by either of the two options outlined.
